THE SCOUTING DEPARTMENT
151 Pokémon.
Find their football fit.
Compare the game’s actual 1–99 projections at every football position. The same Pokémon can be a great blocker and a very different quarterback. Start with position fit, then build your 22.

What goes into OVR?
The first, second and third position skills carry weights of 40%, 35% and 25%. That weighted skill score makes up 80% of OVR; a position-specific athletic score makes up the remaining 20%, rounded to a 1–99 rating.
Receivers and cornerbacks favor speed and agility. Linemen, defensive ends, nose tackles and fullbacks favor strength and stamina. Other positions use awareness and stamina. “Best OVR” shows the highest projected position for that Pokémon; it is a starting point, not a guarantee of match performance.
Ratings have a job.
Passing uses arm strength, accuracy and reads. Runs depend on blocking, vision and ball security. Coverage, tackling and pass rush give the defense its answer. Matchups, play calls, fatigue and randomness also affect results.
Signature moves automatically boost relevant skills by 12 for one play, capped at 99, once per set of downs. The table shows base ratings before in-match boosts and fatigue.
These are fictional football ratings, not official Pokémon statistics. Species traits feed the projections; selected original starters use handcrafted football ratings.
